Resellers

When you sign up to become a Four Reseller, you will need to sign the standard Four Reseller Agreement. In all cases, this is always updated to reflect the geographical areas you are reselling into.

Here is a copy of the Four Reseller Agreement that you may need to make reference to. For example, on the requirements for logging a referral lead.

Customers

In addition to signing your contract or SLA, your customer is also required to sign the special Four End-User Licence Agreement (EULA). This is because Four is hosting/renting the solution (under the standard cloud/SaaS model). Here is a copy of the Four EULA.
